Atchley, Huebner, Martelll, Hebert honored by Chi-Hi science department
The Chippewa Falls Senior High School Science Department is pleased to announce its Science Students of the Month for December.
Senior Sarah Atchley, the daughter of Linda and Steve Atchley, was nominated by her human anatomy teacher, Candy Jenke.
“Throughout first semester Sarah has had one of the highest point totals,” Jenke said. “She takes learning very seriously and demonstrates a strong work ethic. Because of this dedication assignments, test, and quizzed are all completed with near perfection. Keep up the good work Sarah!”
Sarah plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Her anticipated area of study is nursing, she plans to obtain a degree in nursing and become a traveling nurse. She would also, later, like to specialize in pediatric oncology. Some of her hobbies and interest include music, snowboarding, and spending time with friends.
Sarah attended Southview Elementary. She chose Mrs. Cook from Chippewa Falls Middle School as her most influential teacher.
